Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Handling inbound calls and transferring them to the right team based on nature of query.
  • Handling order release activity for assigned business units, ensuring timely processing within defined TAT.
  • Managing shared mailbox and actioning emails within TAT with quality and accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work on Indian public holidays as required, particularly for critical activities such as order release and inbound call handling.
  • Meeting productivity and quality benchmark defined from time to time.
  • Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved immediately.
  • Ensuring deliverables as per agreed SLA's.

Shift Timings

  • Shift time would be 5:30PM to 2:30AM

  • Flexible to work in different shift and extended working hours as per requirement.

What You Need to Succeed

Technical Skills

  • 2-3 years’ experience in international customer service, inbound calling & back-office operations.
  • Hands-on experience in managing shared mailboxes and responding to customer queries within defined TAT.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook for email management, including folder structuring, flagging, and prioritization.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel for tracking, reporting, and maintaining logs.
  • Telephonic skills should be excellent.


Soft Skills

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Good communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Strong process knowledge with focus on constantly improving productivity and processes.
