Continuous Improvement Project Manager
Location Mississauga, Ontario Date posted November 13, 2024 Job ID 17967- Direct and manage project development from initiation to completion, including project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk analysis.
- Develop full-scale project plans, communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders, and monitor project execution using KPIs.
- Identify and manage project dependencies, critical paths, and potential risks, while providing contingency plans as needed.
- Build and develop business relationships that are vital to project success, including negotiating for necessary resources and staff.
- Delegate tasks and resolve conflicts within the project team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct process audits to identify successful and unsuccessful elements and develop recommendations for future projects
- Analyze service data to evaluate volume and quality, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to enhance data integrity and quality based on standard KPIs.
- Use various software applications to assemble, format, and validate data for marketing campaigns and project management.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance or closely related discipline and a minimum of 2 to 3 years of related experience and/or training
- Prior experience in project management and data analysis is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and TEAMS), and Enterprise Reporting and Data, Visualization Tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, etc
- Ability to bring a project to successful completion on time and on budget
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
- Ability to travel within Canada and the U.S.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
