Internal Account Manager Service
Location Milan, Lombardia, Italy Date posted June 17, 2026 Job ID 22293- achieving sales targets by selling Mettler-Toledo services contracts and packs;
- managing inbound leads (analyzing the clients’ needs, preparing quotations / participating in tenders, negotiating, closing the deals);
- identifying opportunities on the assigned client portfolio;
- proactively generating opportunities for other business areas or teams;
- working with Sales Manager on complex deals;
- being the main point of contact for clients in case of needs and/or complaints
- Technical diploma (in electronics, mechanics, or similar fields)
- At least 3 years of B2B remote sales experience (preferably as Internal sales/Telesales) in technical environment/products/engineering
- Intermediate/advanced level of English (spoken/written)
- good knowledge of MS Office;
- proactive and goal-oriented attitude;
- excellent negotiation skills.
- SAP CRM knowledge is a plus
- Based in Milano and neighborhood; possibility to work remotely
