To support daily logistics and warehouse operations by assisting in receiving, storing, dispatching, and monitoring goods, as well as ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveries. The role helps maintain inventory accuracy, proper warehouse organization, and smooth coordination of logistics activities.
Strategic Outcome:Responsible for allocation of in stock items as per sales order
Report irregularities such as damaged, incorrect or missing items for QN when applicable.
Prepare discrepancy report (DN vs actual received items) when applicable.
Check delivered goods against documentation (SOR, delivery notes).
Assist in receiving deliveries and verifying completeness of items.
Allocation of delivered items as per SOR.
Organize, label, and store items properly in the warehouse
Conduct monthly stock counts and support inventory reconciliation
Implement and maintain 5S and warehouse safety practices
Preparing items and itinerary for dispatch and delivery.
- Coordination with drivers and couriers regarding itineraries and schedules.
- Ensure Perfect Order delivery (correct item, quantity and in good condition)
- Update delivery status in logistics monitoring reports.
- Support in monitoring and reporting delivery performance
- Print and prepare delivery-related documents (e.g., MSDS, shipping papers).
- File and archive logistics and warehouse records.
- Coordinate with Customer Support Team regarding deliveries
- Assist in resolving discrepancies in deliveries or documentation
- Provide support in handling non-conforming goods or returns
- Back-up to the logistics and purchasing assistant
- Perform ad-hoc logistics and warehouse-related tasks assigned by immediate supervisors.
Mandatory:
·At least a college level or graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in:
-Logistics
-Supply Chain Management
-Business Administration
-Customs Administration (advantage)
·Minimum 1-2 years experience in warehousing, logistics or inventory management (entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates with internship or OJT experience in logistics operations).
·Basic knowledge of:
-Warehouse operations (receiving, storing, dispatching)
-Inventory management & stock rotation (FIFO / FEFO)
-Delivery scheduling and shipment preparation
-Documentations (DR’s, invoices, waybills)
·Familiarity with ERP systems or warehouse management software.
·Proficient in Microsoft excel and other MS office applications
·Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
·Good coordination and communication skills.
·Familiarity with warehouse safety and 5S is a plus.
