HR & Admin Executive - Backfill
Location Metro Manila, Philippines Date posted February 24, 2026 Job ID 21390ØSupervise the payroll function for the company including statutory deductions and claims administration
ØGenerate payroll related reports including SSS, PHIC, HDMF and Income tax deductions, Annual forms preparations and Income tax filing
ØSupervise leave monitor, time and attendance of employees and sub-con employees
ØBe the key contact for all payroll related queries
ØPrepare employee documents including letters of offer, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and warning letters
ØUndertake ad-hoc assignments relating to HR and Administration as and when required
ØSupervise employees’ compliance with company rules and policies
ØCoordinate the employee exit process and conduct exit interviews where necessary
ØProvide general HR administrative support to the organization
ØSupervise general admin matters
ØCoordinate, negotiate and liaise with employment and advertising agents on service fees, recruitment advertisements costs and candidate applications
ØConduct interviews up to Senior Executive levels and coordinate arrangement of interviews for Management levels.
ØSupervise basic induction program for new employees
ØAssist in the identification and analyses of training needs for employee’s development and career progression
ØProvide information and advice on Human Resources Management issues to Business Unit Managers and employees where appropriate
ØCoordinate meetings with Business Unit Managers from time to time and provide HR related support to their respective Divisions on workplace related matters
ØMonitor and report on workforce effectiveness by proactively communicating with Business Unit Heads on operational and HR issues
·Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or BS Psychology (or a related/equivalent field)
·At least 4~6 years direct experience focused on HR generalist duties
·Working knowledge of Payroll systems and local Employment laws and regulations
·Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate, promote and uphold HR initiatives and values, including discretion and confidentiality
·Able to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels of the organisation in the resolution of HR issues
·Well-developed computer literacy skills within a Microsoft Office environment
Preferred:
·Preferably with experience from a multinational corporate environment
·preferably with at least 7~8 years HR supervisory experience
·Certified Practitioner in Human Resources is an advantage
