OHAUS is a globally recognised leader in weighing equipment, centrifuges and laboratory products, supplying high-quality solutions through an established network of distribution partners. We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to support and develop our Industrial dealer network across the UK and Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong business relationships, supporting channel partners, and driving sales growth through collaboration, training, and customer engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and supporting our dealer network to maximise sales growth and market presence across your territory. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and strengthening relationships with existing distribution partners.
  • Planning and executing joint sales and marketing activities, including training sessions, promotions, incentives, and customer events.
  • Supporting dealer sales teams through demonstrations, customer visits, and technical training.
  • Ensuring OHAUS products are accurately represented across online, print, and social media channels.
  • Monitoring market activity and competitor developments.
  • Maintaining accurate account information and activity records within CRM systems.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on territory performance and key initiatives.
What You Need to Succeed
We are seeking a relationship-focused sales professional who is passionate about helping partners succeed. You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in field-based sales, channel sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence presenting and demonstrating products to customers and sales teams.
  • Knowledge of industrial applications and manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A willingness to travel regularly throughout the UK and Ireland.
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and develop.
