Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving sales success? We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Service Coordinator to proactively support our field sales team, helping them boost efficiency and exceed revenue targets.
- Support Field Sales Reps in generating sales revenue, including low-value quoting for existing customers.
- Manage and proactively maintain the sales pipeline through outbound calls and CRM updates.
- Qualify leads, generate and manage sales opportunities and quotes.
- Handle inbound enquiries via calls and emails for Product & Field (P & F) accounts.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, managing quotations, spare parts, and post-sale queries.
- Identify cross-divisional sales opportunities through customer analysis.
- Prepare and deliver reports on overdue opportunities and sales activities.
- Achieve revenue targets for spare part sales within designated business units.
- Effectively handle customer objections, escalations, and complaints.
- Motivated, proactive and enthusiastic team player.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiating and listening.
- Experience working with KPIs and meeting targets.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to sell to customer needs.
- Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in a telephony environment and handling fast-paced, dynamic work.
- Strong organisational skills including effective time management.
- Experience using CRM systems (SAP experience desirable).
- Good IT knowledge and data entry/analysis skills.
