Regional Sales Manager - Industrial

- Lead direct reports with a leadership style that will allow them to be successful in achieving their personal goals and the goals of the company.
- Measure sales progress and provide continuous support to sales team on development of key Business Area strategies, plans, budgets, quotas and objectives and implement them within the region.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge for all products within the team.
- Continuously monitor product and application know-how of all team members. Identify weaknesses and ensure improvements.
- Promote the generation of leads across the entire MT product line.
- Be a liaison with other business areas/divisions/units (i.e. lab and packaging) to leverage opportunities for the region and the corporation in key accounts
- All other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree from four year college or equivalent experience required
- 5 to 10 years relevant sales experience
- Skilled at building and maintaining long-term relationships, coalitions, and networks
- Travel requirements for this position are typically up to 50%, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle could be required in those instances. Must have the ability to travel by air based on business need.
