Field Service Engineer
Location Indiana; Kentucky; Michigan; Ohio Date posted January 13, 2025 Job ID 18339 Pay Range $30-$40 per hour- Resolving first-line customer concerns and helps resolve invoicing issues when applicable.
- Performing end user training.
- Working to ensure an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork with field and service support colleagues.
- Ensuring company vehicle is serviced and maintained according to fleet requirements and policies.
- Maintaining inventory levels as assigned by SBU and maintains appropriate accuracy and control over stocked items.
- Ensuring compliance with all company and customer safety and quality policies and procedures.
- Using Device Service Management (DSM), order all assignment request materials and record all related activities in a timely manner.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED with an aptitude in the areas of Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, Technology or Computer Science or equivalent education and experience in a technical support role, technical troubleshooting or technical installation of electronics or electromechanical technology.
- Associate degree (AA) with a technical major or equivalent from a two-year College preferred, or related job experience, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to speak and present ideas to a large group.
- 2-4 years' experience in METTLER TOLEDO Process analytics field service technician role or 2-3 years hands on mechanical experience in relevant field including electromechanical and/or pneumatic systems.
- Customer facing or field service experience desired.
