- 高质量完成公司提供给客户的现场服务，包括但不限于安调，维修，校准维护保养等
- 遵守公司相关服务流程和工作制度安排
- 充分考虑公司和客户双方的利益，有效处理客户异议，达到双赢
- 不断提高工作效率，提高服务响应速度及客户满意度
- 增加和客户的互动频率，重视客户回访
- 工作职责2-培训及售后服务支持
- 为客户和销售人员提供服务支持
- 培训和指导客户实验操作人员
- 成为客户可信赖的顾问，积极发掘产品和服务机遇
- 工作职责3-不断提高技术能力
- 积极参加课堂和网上学习，同事之间进行相互分享和学习
- 积极学习其他产品线知识，增加知识宽度
- 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历 （硕士优先）
- 制药，化工或者化学相关专业
- 工作经验
- 两年以上相关工作经验
- 具有有机合成、药物结晶或实验室在线分析仪器等相关工作经验者优先
- 专业技能要求
- 积极主动，工作计划性强，学习能力强，执行力强，有良好的自我驱动力
- CET-6及以上，具备良好的英语听说读写能力
- 良好的沟通能力、动手能力、独立工作能力、自学能力
- 有钻研精神，工作认真负责
- 良好的团队合作精神
