- 负责区域内整体热分析仪器销售，完成销售目标
- 负责整体应收账款管理回收
- 协助主管/经理对区域内业务进行管理和分析
- 产品推广及客户开发
- 熟悉掌握相关产品的技术和应用，向客户/合作伙伴推广和销售产品或解决方案
- 负责区域内产品的市场推广，能够独立
- 积极收集市场、产品、竞争和其他相关信息
- 积极开拓新客户，维护老客户，做好客户渗透及日常管理工作
- 对市场环境及客户行业有较强的观察及分析能力
- 绩效管理
- 完成KPI要求和管理，督促业务活动做好SAP CRM记录
- 执行公司业务管理要求，持续提升个人及团队效率
- 提倡协作精神、团队意识，督促团队执行好部门策略
- 教育背景
- 硕士及以上学历
- 材料相关专业（高分子材料优先）
- 工作年限
- 2年以上相关工作经验，仪器行业背景优先，优秀者可放宽要求
