At our Retail division, we provide Grocery Retail solutions designed to help our clients optimize their weighing and payment collection processes. With just one click, they have access to all the information they need, ensuring smooth and efficient sales. Our solutions cover weighing, payment collection, and even smart item recognition 

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with our European Portfolio Manager and other  EU Market organizations to enhance our Retail Solutions for clients in France and Europe. In this role, you will have a direct impact on our regional growth.

Your responsabilities will be the following: 


Strategy & Roadmap: 

  • Contribute to the development and execution of our product business strategy for European Markets ( France, Benelux, Italy, Spain,) 
  • Own and maintain the regional product roadmap, aligning mid-term (3-year) and long-term (5-year) plans with the Global Portfolio Manager. 


Market Intelligence: 
  • Analyze competitor product portfolios and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our key Market Organizations (MOs) in the region, conducting joint customer visits with sales and service teams to gather firsthand insights from our customers ( what works best, what does not work) 

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM):
  • Support the Global Portfolio Manager and Line Product Manager by gathering feedback on current market trends, feedback from our clients, and checking local product requirements. 
  • Contribute to Market Requirements Documents, highlighting regional differences and ensuring local compliance during product phase-outs.                                                                                                                                     

  Product Definition & Positioning:                
  • Provide regional market insights to the Global Portfolio Manager, ensuring our portfolio meets local needs, stands out from competitors, and delivers exceptional customer value 
  • Collaborate with Market organizations to define product positioning and pricing, analyzing market dynamics and competitor offerings. 

Quality & Performance:
  • Monitor and analyze quality feedback from the region, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with the Line Product Manager to address quality issues and communicate effectively with local MOs. 


Profil recherché
Your profile:
  • Degree in product management, engineering, or equivalent (Bac +5)
  • Fluent in English and French (German is a plus)
  • Strong business/market acumen; interest in trends, competitors
  • Product management expertise (software knowledge a plus)
  • You know have to work efficiently with different stakeholder, cross- functional teams  
  • Ideally you have already a significant experience in product management
  • Willing to travel regionally (10%) for client visits, trade shows, etc
