- Serve as the primary customer contact, providing professional communication and exceptional service throughout each project.
- Set up, validate, operate, and troubleshoot X-ray inspection systems and related equipment.
- Ensure inspections are completed accurately and in compliance with customer requirements, food safety standards, and company procedures.
- Coordinate and oversee temporary labor and customer-assigned personnel during project execution.
- Maintain accurate records, traceability documentation, validation reports, and project metrics.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and inspection effectiveness to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Manage product accountability, chain of custody, and proper handling of suspect and rejected materials.
- Communicate project updates, operational concerns, and customer needs to Operations Management.
- Support equipment maintenance, deployment readiness, logistics, shipping, and mobilization activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Represent METTLER TOLEDO professionally during customer audits, project reviews, and on-site engagements.
- Travel extensively throughout North America to support customer projects.

- Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel extensively, including frequent overnight stays.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, extended shifts, weekends, and overtime when needed to support customer projects.
- Commitment to safety, quality, accuracy, and exceptional customer service.
- Ability to successfully execute re-inspection projects in dynamic production, warehouse, and customer environments while effectively managing changing priorities, schedules, and operational requirements.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems, SimulTask imaging software, cloudbased storage platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and data management systems.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accountability and professionalism.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, contractors, production personnel, management, and technical subject matter experts.
- Proven ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments where customer needs, schedules, and priorities can change rapidly.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in inspection activities, traceability documentation, reporting, and validation processes.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to direct temporary labor, , and customer-assigned personnel during project execution.

- Working knowledge of inspection technologies, X-ray systems, material handling equipment, and associated software platforms is considered an asset.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment, operational, and process related issues.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work for extended periods during project execution.
- Post-secondary education in a technical, engineering, food science, manufacturing, operations, or related discipline is preferred; equivalent combinations of education, technical training, and relevant industry experience will be considered.
