Leverage your product / project management / service / sales experience in our machinery industry. With your structured approach, you will facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders. You will convey information consistently, ensuring that all parties are aligned regarding product vision and requirements.

Become our next Training Manager in Barcelona and take charge of all training activities for our Product Inspection Division. Join our Barcelona office and strengthen its role as the central training and support center for Europe. Your responsibility includes the following:
  • Development and editing of training material.
  • Continually enhance global training strategy of Product Inspection Division.
  • Development of training in service and sales to enhance skills and achieve targets. 
  • Training execution in different formats e.g. interactive live webinars & live streaming, video-learning content, physical hands-on/classroom training).
  • Being the driver for service und sales efficiency.
  • Guarantee a global alignment of training content, format and delivery including harmonization and standardization of processes.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Adult Education, Work and Organizational Psychology, Science or Business Administration.
  • Working Experiences: Several years of experiences in a similar product / project management / service / sales role of a matrix structured organization. Hands-on experience in training is a plus. Additionally, experiences in packaging industry, automation, process technology, or special machine construction are highly desirable.
  • IT skills: Fluent on Microsoft Office.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English. Other language skills e.g., Spanish is highly valued.
  • Place of Residence: Barcelona (Spain)
