Sales Operations Support Specialist (Inside Sales)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As part of our continued growth and business expansion, we are looking to strengthen our international team with the addition of a Sales Operations Support Specialist (Inside Sales- Sales International) for International Partners, based in Barcelona, Spain. 

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting global partner operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales administration processes, and delivering exceptional service to our international partner network. You will work closely with Sales, Customers, Partners, and Internal Service Providers to drive operational excellence and contribute to business success. 

The primary objective of this position is to proactively support sales administration processes by delivering specialized and continuous assistance to our global partners, customers, sales teams, and internal service providers. 

The role is responsible for ensuring efficient order management, seamless process execution, and high-quality stakeholder support across the sales cycle. The product portfolio managed includes Process Analytics instrumentation solutions and/or Retail Weighing Solutions, requiring close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Tasks:
  • Generate quotes, manage general sales administration and filing of documents, support admin trade compliance, contractual and legal procedures related to channel partners and customers located globally across (mainly in Europe, LATAM, Africa and Middle East). 
  • Manage incoming calls/mails from partners/customers related to leads and opportunities, as well as to administrative/operational questions. (i.e. coordinate technical support).
  • Selected quote preparation and creation for specific assigned partners, approval workflows, follow-up, revision & closing.
  • Assure validity of contracts/legal documents required by our partners.
  • Maintain updated CRM/ERP Data. 
  • Support our sales teams and business in organizing trainings and Events (on-site and virtual).
  • Support and cooperate closely with our global supply chain teams in daily operation and housekeeping tasks.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Education related to international trade (university business related degree or undergraduate/middle academic background). 
  • At least 3 years on a similar sales admin role supporting international distributors/dealers/partners.
  • IT skills, fluent on Microsoft Office. 
  • Service oriented mindset, proactivity, highly involved and committed to find solutions to partners. 
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Other language skills are valued (French, Italian, others). 
  • Located in Barcelona.
