Process Automation Specialist

- Develop Software Programs, Automation Tools, or Bots to improve manufacturing and back-office processes, track production data, and optimize workflows
- Implement Automation for tasks within the manufacturing and back office environments
- Champion data analysis from operations processes to identify trends and improve KPIs
- Work closely with production, Continuous Improvement, engineering, and quality assurance teams to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Implement systems for measuring and monitoring Overall Equipment Effectiveness
- Provide Second level support for all Production software
- Champion lean manufacturing culture on the shop floor
- Provide root cause analysis support to drive disturbance elimination
- Work with production teams to drive KPI improvement
- Work with product teams to improve product configuration and testing Monitor and improve manufacturing equipment effectiveness
- Provide daily work center tactical support Design, improve, and install integrated systems to support operational excellence
- Maintain knowledge of best-in-class processes for manufacturing and assembly
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with or the ability to learn programming languages such as: C#, VB, .Net, SQL, SSRS, Python, Entity Framework, Microsoft Power Apps, RPA Bots
- Experience with basic network design, troubleshooting connectivity, VLANs, subnetting, and network segmentation is a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated experience improving manufacturing processes
- The motivation, adaptability, and professional qualities to work with multiple disciplines across global organizations
- Ability to lead projects and work as a team Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
