Marketing Programs Specialist

- Analyzing competitors, market trends, and marketing performance to identify growth opportunities
- Leading and evaluating customer engagement programs, including trade shows, events, webinars, and seminars
- Developing, testing, and measuring marketing programs and adjusting plans based on results
- Collaborating with Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to support lead generation and business growth
- Providing regular updates on marketing activities, performance, and progress toward goals
- Supporting marketing projects and provide peer leadership and mentoring as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with industrial productions or industry is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and a CRM such as SAP
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create clear, logical, and engaging presentations
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically to attend trade shows
