Administrative Support Specialist
Location Columbus, Ohio, United States Date posted June 04, 2026 Job ID 22241- Provide comprehensive support to the GM, HR, and leadership team.
- Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintain confidential employee records.
- Lead and coordinate employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
- Plan and manage local and international travel logistics, including visas and passports.
- Organize and support meetings and events, handling logistics, presentations, and communications.
- Manage administrative tasks such as mail handling, office supplies, and SharePoint site maintenance.
- Support various HR-related tasks like interview scheduling, leave management, and benefits assistance.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college is preferred, along with three to five years of administrative support experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Office 365 products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Dependable, reliable, on-time and very detail oriented.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment a plus.
