UX Designer Professional/Senior
Location Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India; Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Date posted May 27, 2025 Job ID 19412- As a UX developer, you will understand, analyze and design the UX requirements.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to improve the user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
- Design and prototype user interfaces that meet user needs and business requirements.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, accessibility).
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
- Responsible for regular communication with others involved in the development process.
- Participate as a team member in fully agile Scrum deliveries.
- Experience in working with international environment with a multicultural team.
- Exhibit excellent team spirit and good in communication.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design or a related field.
- Must have an experience of 5 - 10 years.
- Must have a proficiency with design tool Figma.
- Proven experience as a UX designer, preferably in a product-focused environment.
- Proficiency with other design and prototyping tools (e.g. Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design
- decisions.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in HTML, and CSS is a plus.
- Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
