- Participate in Requirements Analysis, task management, work breakdown, estimation, scheduling.
- Design, implement and maintain reusable code/components.
- Implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for development as per standards defined by the organization.
- Meet the quality, cost, and schedule target for your projects.
- Identity, monitor and handle the dependencies and risks.
- Help the team to troubleshoot the issues.
- Ensure content and structure of all development artefacts are documented and maintained.
- Share ideas to improve code quality and contribute to the reviews.
- Adhere to development coding standards and recommend continuous improvement of processes for development.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders across time zones.
- Keep yourself and the team updated with latest industry developments.
- 3rd level support to users.
What You Need to Succeed
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field.
- Work Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in development
- Proficient in programming languages such as C#/.Net
- Proficient with Integrated Development Environment’s (IDE) MS Visual Studio 2019/2022
- Database design including indexes, stored procedures, SQL query and data integrity in SQL server database.
- Experience in ORM (Object Relational Mapping) Entity Framework.
- Strong experience in effective unit testing application with frameworks like MSTest, NUnit or xUnit.
- Hands on experience in application, API test automation.
- Experience in desktop application development using WPF, WinForms and DevExpress controls.
- Strong working knowledge in SOLID design principles and Design patterns
- Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps with Git.
- Experience in understand and analysing the requirements and provide the estimates.
- A passion for clean code and pragmatic, elegant design.
- Experience in working with existing codebase refactoring and maintenance.
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
Nice to have skill / experience:
- Knowledge of Static application security testing (SAST) using BlackDuck (SCA), Coverity, SonarQube.
- Knowledge on performance tuning and monitoring of SQL servers.
