    UX Designer Professional/Senior

    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
    • As a UX developer, you will understand, analyze and design the UX requirements.
    • Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to improve the user experience.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
    • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
    • Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
    • Design and prototype user interfaces that meet user needs and business requirements.
    • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
    • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
    • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, accessibility).
    • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
    • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
    • Responsible for regular communication with others involved in the development process.
    • Participate as a team member in fully agile Scrum deliveries.
    • Experience in working with international environment with a multicultural team.
    • Exhibit excellent team spirit and good in communication.

    What You Need to Succeed
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design or a related field.
    • Must have an experience of 5 - 10 years.
    • Must have a proficiency with design tool Figma.
    • Proven experience as a UX designer, preferably in a product-focused environment.
    • Proficiency with other design and prototyping tools (e.g. Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
    • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design
    • decisions.
    • Experience in User Acceptance Testing is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficient in HTML, and CSS is a plus.
    • Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
