Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end manufacturing execution system (MES) projects including requirements gathering, analyze, development coordination, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with international distributed teams, production, and business teams to to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Lead project meetings, track progress, and resolve issues to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular project status updates to senior management.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback, proposing enhancements as necessary.
  • Ensure MES systems comply with manufacturing standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for management review.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business analysis and project management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial automation.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, industry standards, and digital transformation.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
