Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Innovation management: gather market feedback from key customers and sales teams, identify market trends, formulate new product requirements and innovations and drive them forward to create marketable products.
  • Portfolio management: maintain, analyze, and optimize the existing portfolio to support business goals. Identify customer requirements and business opportunities for future portfolio extensions. Create and maintain technical documentation, sales literature, white papers, etc. and product databases.
  • Guide the R&D team in new product development projects, prepare and execute impactful global product launches.
  • Technical and administrative support of sales teams and service technicians globally. Conduct advanced sales and service training.
  • Support customer-specific projects involving weigh modules, recommend viable technical solutions either in virtual meetings or during on-site visits.
  • Support global weigh module business growth and target achievement via strong collaboration with business development team and MOs.
  • Work on sustainability initiatives, which contribute to the corporate ESG goals. 
  • Be the central go-to-person of the weigh module product portfolio.
What You Need to Succeed
  • A BSc or MSc degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or in another engineering discipline or in natural sciences. 
  • At least 3Y product management experience.
  • A strong track record as business-to-business product manager of technical products. 
  • Ability to innovate and knowledge about technical feasibility topics. 
  • Team player with a high level of initiative and very good communication skills.
  • Quick comprehension, willingness to learn, high quality awareness and a strong collaboration mentality.
  • A good sense for different cultures combined with excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, more languages are a plus. 
  • Confident use of MS Office, experience with SAP is a plus. 
  • Readiness to travel globally, up to 15%.
