- 负责新产品的质量策划，包括质量目标的设定，前代产品问题回顾及应对措施，风险分析，测试验证，可靠性测试，用户测试，质量问题的跟踪解决等
- 与研发团队合作，在研发过程中识别新产品质量风险，保证新产品的设计质量
- 与运营团队合作，保证新产品制造/装配过程控制质量
- 与供应链团队（采购/SQA）合作，保证新产品物料供应/外协的质量
- 参加新产品设计/开发预评审，识别质量风险
- 协调质量部的各职能部门工作计划，并跟踪实施
- 为新产品研发提供各种质量工具的应用，如DFMEA,PFMEA,DOE,6Sigma等
- 负责与新产品开发相关流程的优化、推广与培训
- 负责与敏捷开发相关的流程开发、推广与培训
- 教育背景
- 硕士学历，仪器/电子/自动化/机电/软件及可靠性等相关专业
- 性格特征
- 有较强的挑战精神
- 有较强的抗压能力
- 有较强的推动力及执行力
- 勇于接受新事物
- 技能要求
- 2年以上电子/软件/机电产品的相关研发或测试经验
- 2年以上新产品质量管理经验
- 有项目管理经验尤佳
- 有敏捷开发经验尤佳
- 熟练掌握基本的质量管理工具，如：6 Sigma,DFMEA,PFMEA,8D,DOE等
- 良好的沟通与团队协作能力
- 良好的演示技巧
- 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
