- 负责新产品的质量策划，新产品设计/开发的质量管理，对新产品上市后的质量负责把关的职责
- 与工程及运营团队合作，在设计和制造过程中识别产品质量风险，保证产品的设计和制造质量
- 负责供方质量管理，提升供方质量水平
- 支持供应商审核计划的制定、执行和维护。支持供应商绩效监控、报告、改进和发展，以及供应商风险评估
- 处理内外部客户反馈的质量问题，对纠正和预防措施的有效性实施监督
- 对QN及ARRW数据进行分析，推动相关团队对产品和流程进行持续改善以降低客户投诉
- 在部门内推进质量文化，提升全员质量意识
- 教育背景
- 全日制本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及自动化/机电等相关专业
- 工作年限
- 5年以上制造业质量、工艺、项目管理或设计方面的工作经验
- 技能要求
- 3年以上团队管理经验或3年以上新产品质量管理经验
- 有3年以上非标自动化产线质量管理经验者优先
- 熟悉基本的质量管理工具，如：6 Sigma,FMEA,MSA,SPC,8D,DOE,QCP等
- 了解APQP/PPAP策划方法及作业办法
- 良好的质量审核，过程审核和产品审核经验，良好的问题解决经验和学习能力
- 良好的沟通与团队协作能力
- 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
- 很强的推动力及执行力，思想开放，逻辑性强，思维系统，能够在压力下工作
