- 作为供方的拥有者，对供方的整体绩效（质量/成本/交付/服务等）负责，配合处理供方出现的重大质量问题.
- 负责BU新物料的战略采购工作；负责物料合同谈判;负责分工供应商的管理；提供PIR和合同数据和申请流程 协助设计工程师开展新项目
- 维护物料的采购数据，维护货源清单，执行工程变更流程
- 发掘和组织供应链内部或跨团队的降本增效项目
- 协助BU处理持续改善项目和需求
- 支持采购员进行策略性采购活动、处理订单重大问题以及突发情况
- 根据公司合格供方资格标准，开发符合要求的新供方，并不断提高现有供方的管理水平
- 教育背景：本科及以上
- 工作经验：2年及以上直接物料采购经验
- 专业技能要求 ：
- 理工科背景，机械、自动化等优先
- 基础机械识图能力
- 有编程和AI工具使用经验优先
- 良好的英语书面和口语表达能力
- 工作认真负责；有较强的适应和学习能力；勇于接受挑战
