- 合理高效安排委托服务商的委托服务，并对其服务质量予以跟踪分析
- 能有效协调备件团队，物流团队保证服务备件能按时配送
- 能对调度方法和流程予以持续改进，支持业务成长和成本效率控制
- 负责派工系统的主数据维护和系统支持，保证派工系统的有效运行
- 参与派工系统的升级项目，完成主管和经理布置的各项任务
- 教育背景： 经济或工科专业本科学历
- 工作年限： 相关岗位3年以上工作经验
- 行业要求： 相关仪器行业销售支持，服务工程师，服务支持，服务调度工作经验
- 专业技能要求：
- 熟练掌握相关系统软件，了解设计逻辑，能够配合IT做简单系统维护
- 思维缜密，数据敏感，能够根据要求使用Microsoft做SDT数据分析
- 执行力强，有项目参与经验，能够根据项目经理的要求推进项目进程
- 客户服务经验丰富，对客户有一定的影响引导能力
