    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
    • Responsible for supporting LCC transfer & localization projects, early involvement to provide DFM and Value Engineering solution to western units.
    • Monitor sample validation process and result of Localization projects or materials. MTPAP implementation including quality control plan and package evaluation and approval.
    • Supplier performance monitoring, reporting, improvement and development, as well as supplier risk assessment and mitigation. Maintain a good relationship with both internal & external key stakeholders.
    • Supplier corrective action independent reviewer, QCP plan development, execution, monitoring and control as part of sustaining changes. Assess and coordinate supplier changes requests.
    • Supporting supplier audit schedule development, execution and maintenance. Applies technical and soft skills as a seasoned professional.
    • Treat with ZX quality notifications and quickly response for customer quality complains. Interacts with stakeholders of western units on regular basis at a level up.

    What You Need to Succeed
    • Educational Background
      • Bachelor degree or above.
      • Major in Mechanical engineering or close. 
    • Working years
      • 5+ years working experience of quality control in manufacturing industry. SQE is a plus.
      • Specific category technology background, e.g. Injection mold / Die-casting / FSM / Weldments etc.,
      • Good experience of quality audit, process audit, and product audit.
      • Good experience of problem solving and capable of learning.
      • Good experience of quality tools (PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, 8D) application.
      • Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerance. Working knowledge of Excel, PPT required.
    • Professional Skills 
      • Strong communication and presentation skills which can build strong cooperation with cross functions team.
      • Fluent English in both written and oral.
      • Open minded, logical and systematic thinking. Ability to work under pressure.
      • Ability of teamwork / communication / Training and Project Management.
