- 收集并分析市场信息，帮助优化业务策略
- 对宏观政策，相关行业，区域，市场趋势进行整理分析，研究和发掘新的市场机会
- 竞争对手分析, 评估竞争对手的业务策略及战术的变化，并给出相应的应对建议
- 与销售一起拜访客户，了解并收集客户的需求以及业务痛点
- 培训及支持
- 协调各方资源，为一线销售团队，开发并准备营销工具
- 协同产品技术支持人员给区域销售人员提供必要的产品方案支持
- 重点客户的新产品及新应用的现场支持
- 负责各种产品，应用等方面的培训活动
- 教育背景
- 本科以上学历，自动化，电气或机械等专业
- 工作年限
- 内部：在MT目前岗位工作5年以上，且每年的GPM结果在符合要求以上，有产品管理经验优先
- 外部：有同类型制造企业的产品市场管理经验，工作7年以上，有制药,食品行业背景经验优先
- 专业技能要求
- 具备在不同场合进行良好演示的技巧和能力,较强的沟通交际能力和表达能力，具有亲和力
- 具备优异的数据分析能力，能熟练使用各种分析工具
- 具有团队精神及责任心, 自我驱动的能力，执行力强,并能在压力下进行高效工作
- 需具备良好的英文听、说、读、写、能力
- 业务需要，能承受较多的出差任务
