- 根据产品及软件开发流程执行开发工作，对设计输出的及时性、准确性及设计质量等负责，确保交付的成果符合项目要求
- 负责现有产品的日常维护，包括处理质量问题、持续改进、制造及服务支持等
- 积极学习新技术、新方法，分享和推动在团队及开发过程中的应用
- 负责落实部门研发能力持续改进的行动
- 教育背景
- 本科及以上，计算机、自动化、仪器仪表或类似专业背景
- 工作经验
- 3年以上嵌入式软件开发经验；具备相关行业软件开发经验优先
- 专业技能要求
- 精通C++编程；熟悉或了解其它编程语言
- 熟练掌握嵌入式软件开发环境及调试工具
- 熟悉软件开发流程（敏捷等），熟悉相关工具的使用
- 熟悉嵌入式软件开发和相关技术，掌握主流嵌入式操作系统，具备各种驱动（网络、GUI、USB、文件系统等）的开发或集成经验
- 了解Linux/Windows等系统以及相关开发技术
- 熟悉或者了解硬件相关知识
- 具备良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神
- 具备良好的英文阅读书写能力，口语表达流利
