- 产品维护与客户合作 (20%)
- 维护和持续改进现有产品，包括质量改进、成本降低、绿色设计制造
- 帮助我们客户实现质量改善、成本降低和技术支持
- 对内部其他部门如制造、采购、质量提供支持
- 硕士及以上学历, 机械工程相关专业
- 2年以上机械设计经验
- 具有作为重要机械设计人员参与新产品开发的经验
- 优秀的创新思维，并且在过往工作经验中有创新成果
- 熟练使用三维设计软件，如Creo
- 熟悉结构受力分析，有FEA分析经验优先考虑
- 良好的项目管理能力和跨国工作经验
- 良好的英语口语和书写能力
- 热爱技术，学习欲望、解决问题能力、适应能力强；良好的沟通表达能力及团队合作精神
