Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Scrum Master (60%)
    • As a team coach to facilitate the teams’ process towards team goal
    • Proactive and able to support one's statements with actions
    • Work with the team to address emerging issues, accepts their current situation, and help them grow as much as possible
    • Strong organizational and mobilization skills, capable of inspiring and leading the team to solve problems
    • Capable of conducting coaching conversations, understanding team development processes, creating a team environment, and handling team conflicts
    • Agile practice with cross agile team to create end-to-end customer value
    • Possesses a strong awareness of agile practices, focusing on and consistently ensuring that the team follows Scrum theory, practices, and rules during development activities
    • Respect for individuals and cultures; flow; innovation; relentless improvement
    • Well balance and adopt change in SAFe and PLM process
  • NPDI management in compliance with PLM (40%)
    • Build project team across various functional teams
    • Well control project’s resources, for e.g. cost, timeline and milestone
    • Project milestone review and report regularly
    • NPDI launch based on good cooperation with technical marketing, operation line, QA, and SCM 
What You Need to Succeed
  • Education
    • Bachelor-degree of mechanical or automation engineering
  • Working years
    • Project management experience at least 2 years
  • Professional skill
    • Agile SAFe or equivalent certificate
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Strong management and experience
