- 对完整的设计输出负责，高质量、准确性好
- 对非标项目进行管理，很好地控制成本、时间等等
- 产品维护
- 现有上市产品的维护、完善和迭代优化改进
- 按PLM流程和法规要求开发新品
- 根据输入进行产品开发和定义
- 很好控制项目资源，如成本、时间、里程碑等
- 关键技术和风险管理
- 项目里程碑评审和汇报
- 与市场、运营、QA、SCM等岗位人员很好地合作，上市新品
- 同时担任其它项目组成员
- 技术预研究项目
- 引入新技术，新方法，新过程，提供技术储备
- 为新产品，新技术技术调研、学习研究目前最先进的技术
- 教育背景
- 机械设计或机电一体相关类专业；本科生或以上学历
- 工作年限（必要条件）
- 8年以上机械设备研发工作经验
- 专业技能要求
- 对机械设计开发有较强的兴趣
- 善于学习钻研与创新
- 有机械结构设计经验；有良好的结构力学、运动学的理论知识功底
- 有如下工作背景或经验者优先：
- 中大型集成化、自动化设备或非标自动化开发经验
- 从事过自动包装机和自动液体灌装设备研发经验
- 高端数控装备、机器人自动化设备开发经验
- 以项目负责人及主任设计师参与以上类型的大项目开发或交付
- 熟练应用CAD以及运用三维软件进行设计开发产品
- 具有良好的项目管理能力，良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神，有较强的抗压能力
- 熟练的英语读写能力
