Territory Manager Northeast
Location Boston, Massachusetts Date posted February 20, 2025 Job ID 18614 Pay Range $75000 - $100000 (plus commissions)- You will work with the Regional Sales Manager to develop strategic sales plans that identify key end users, accounts, markets and distribution partners both within our current customer base and potential new relationships.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the products, operations, and strategic direction of Biotix, Inc. Foster and develop current and future business opportunities utilizing our CRM and our distribution partners.
- Build a working knowledge of basic lab procedures used in the Life Science Research and Clinical Testing markets.
- Work both directly with end users and with our network of existing distributors to demonstrate the use and advantages of the full Biotix product line.
- Work with distributor representatives to develop tactical sales plans for growing and expanding accounts and customers in the shared geography.
- Work with all company departments to solve problems and provide quality service with the goal of constantly exceeding our customers’ requirements and expectations.
- Meet or exceed corporate objectives and self-monitor performance against annual revenue, GP and expense budgets.
- Ability to travel domestically. Travel requirements: 15%-40% depending on assigned geographic territory.
- Complete other related tasks as assigned by company management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Science curriculum or equivalent experience is required. Relevant work experience in a Research Lab environment is preferred but not required.
- Three or more years of proven track record meeting sales targets in a Life Science or related field. Preference given to candidates with prior sales experience in the assigned geographic territory or accounts.
- Ability to technically communicate information at the account level as well as with the sales and management teams of our distributor network.
- Demonstrated behavior in preparing and implement strategic business plans at an account and territory level.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
