Hiring Senior Associate- Telesales Hyderabad location

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Product Handling in Labtec Business from their dedicated target accounts• Build Competence - Training of new joinees and technical support to FSRs for application qualification
  • Handle leads from various marketing channels and respond to prospective customers in time                    
  • Responsible for Lead Nurturing, Closure of "Hot" leads & close the sales. At the same time, keep a track of "Warm & Cold" lead and converting them for future Sales.                
  • Interact with prospective customers, understand their needs and position/propose suitable products. Ensure proactive sharing of necessary information with prospective customers, build sales case, with a goal of winning the orders                      
  • Management of existing database and tagging for NVC channel. Need to work upon
  • improving quality of database by qualifying customers as well as adding new set of customers.                          
  • Conduct demos using IT tools , Build good customer relationships. Quarterly visits to key customers.                       
  • Timely collection of receivables as per MTIN guidelines                
  • Interaction with Telemarketing, Database and Marcom Team, SALOGA & Commercial Team.                  
  • Effective nurturing of leads; building relationships by conducting ongoing, informative dialog that helps qualified prospects who are not yet sales ready. Move each lead to the next step in the sales cycle at the appropriate time and ultimately close the sale.                    
  • Set up a sales network the Internet & Mailers. Ensure all business is conducted as per MT code of conduct .


What You Need to Succeed

  • Qualifications and Technical Skills:
  • Preferably an M.Sc/B.Sc in Chemistry or Physics or Instrumentation Engineer
  • Key Competency and Specific Experience:
  • Exposure to SAP CRM/ Salesforce would be an additional advantage.On-field Sales experience / Tele Sales is mandatory .
