Global Product Manager - Service and Sensors
Location Billerica, Massachusetts, United States Date posted January 13, 2026 Job ID 21087 Pay Range $105,000 - $120,000- Identifying opportunities to modify or enhance our service offerings to better support customers, while developing and executing plans to deliver those enhancements.
- Communicating information to facilitate service sales growth activities, including monitoring customer satisfaction and ensuring that the products, services, and information are meeting the markets needs and taking corrective action to address deficiencies.
- Working with local and global R&D teams, developing tools to deliver service documents and capabilities to service teams globally.
- Defining service training requirements and structure to ensure competence in service teams.
- Developing tools and processes to enhance service attachment at point of sale and contract extensions, to deliver better user experience.
- Providing full product lifecycle support of the Thornton conductivity portfolio, including yearly sales forecasts and pricing updates, quality evaluations, strategic initiatives, and obsolescence updates.
- Preparing marketing deliverables to support sales and lead generations activities, including application notes, technical bulletins, competitive analyses, datasheets, whitepapers, training videos, and troubleshooting guides.
- Conducting product and application training for channel partners, sales reps, internal personnel, and customers.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree required, however the field of study is flexible.
- At least 2-5 years of product management experience, ideally with analytical instruments in applications and service.
- Working understanding of water treatment technologies and the demands on industrial water systems is preferred.
- Ability to take ownership and present ideas in new product development, applications, and product performance issues to various teams, departments, and levels of management.
- Skilled in writing white papers, datasheets, and speaking in public to a technical audience.
- Ability to travel globally up to 30%.
