Tax Assistant Manager

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
• Oversee tax issues for the company's operations and ensures tax obligations comply with the local tax laws
• Reviewing invoice from vendor and ensure compliance are met
• Ensure tax payments and filings are submitted timely and accurately
• Handle tax audits, litigations and provide strategy on tax audit
• Liaise with Corporate Tax on transfer pricing Documentation and other issues
• Manage the tax planning, keep abreast of changes in the tax laws, evaluating, and plan for such changes to minimize negative impact
• Assessing tax risk management and assessment of exposure, provisioning, and risk mitigation plans
What You Need to Succeed

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting or Tax
• Minimum 7 years of experience as qualified tax professional with solid relevant working experiences. Experience in DJP would be an advantage
• Have work experience in handling Tax Audit, Objection and Tax Appeal
• Have good general knowledge of tax reporting and reconciliations
• Details oriented and effective work under tight deadline
• Demonstrate personal initiatives, continuous learner, strives to innovate and build best practices
• Good interpersonal skill and a good team player and able to lead a team.
