- Digital Content Creation: Developing engaging content for our website, social media channels, and Line application to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
- Sales & Service Support: Producing targeted marketing materials and campaigns specifically for our service offerings, a key growth area for the company.
- Internal Communications: Creating content to improve employee engagement and communicate important company initiatives.
- Open House Events: Planning and executing open house events at our office to generate leads and drive sales, especially for our service offerings. These events have proven successful in the past and offer a cost-effective way to engage potential customers directly.
- Industry Association Events: Identifying and participating in relevant industry association events to reach untapped customer segments and expand our customer database, especially in areas where we currently lack strong market penetration.
- Increase content output: Produce more high-quality, localized marketing materials to support all areas of the business, including our crucial service sector.
- Improve marketing effectiveness: Deliver more targeted and impactful campaigns that drive results.
- Expand Customer Reach: Generate new leads and acquire new customers through strategic open house events and targeted participation in industry association events.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Arts, Digital Arts, Communication Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
