Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Planning and execution of all type of Service Calls on Weekly / Monthly basis without any escalation. Ensuring Top quality service to both internal and external customers
  • Improve Customer Experience thru technical solutions, communication skills, pro-active planning
  • Demonstrate good technical knowledge of Industrial scales / products
  • Generate leads for services and products based on customer needs
  • Take ownership and deliver on the Key performance indicators for business and operations
  • Responsible to build customer relationship
  • Lead Ind Service performance levels by demonstrating organization values through on-field services and through communication skills
  • Deliver on Good documentation practices as per organization plan. Products handling Primarily Vehicle-HI Weighbridges, Secondarily SI and Systems platform scale, Tank weighing & conveyor weighing

What You Need to Succeed
Diploma or B.E in Electronics / Instrumentation with min. 3-5yrs. Experience in similar field
Sound Knowledge on executing installation and operational qualifications of Instruments as per quality documentation systems and good documentation practices.
Experience on Weighing Scales would be a added advantage.
Language proficiency: English - Good Verbal and written communication skills are a must. Other local / regional language proficiency would be an advantage
