Field Service Technician
Location Arkansas, United States; Iowa, United States; Kansas, United States; Missouri, United States Date posted February 16, 2026 Job ID 21385- Ensure compliance with all Eagle, MT-PI, and customer site safety requirements.
- Attend weekly service calls and execute scheduled service visits efficiently, balancing cost, time, and customer expectations.
- Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues (aiming for first-time fix).
- Complete and submit accurate service reports, timesheets, and expenses promptly.
- Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain technical training, tools, and company-provided equipment.
- Participate in remote support and on-call rotations, including weekend or after-hours work.
- Uphold Eagle’s core values and Code of Conduct.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Electronics or Engineering Technology preferred.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Skilled in conflict management and collaboration across teams.
- Proficient with hand tools, test equipment, and Windows applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, Adobe).
- Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, conveyors, and AC/DC systems; able to read blueprints and schematics.
- Fluency in English required, Spanish a plus.
