Talent Acquisition Researcher (Talent Sourcing Specialist)
Location Warsaw, Mazovia Date posted January 30, 2025 Job ID 18539- Candidate Sourcing: identifying passive candidates using various sourcing platforms (eg. LinkedIn, social medias and job boards).
- Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Using searching skills and other advanced sourcing techniques to find niche talent.
- Market Research: providing insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Researching industry developments and salary benchmarks to adjust the hiring strategy.
- Candidate Screening (Initial Stages): Screening candidates based on their profiles and resumes.
- Conducting preliminary outreach (cold emails/messages) to assess candidate interest.
- Talent Mapping: mapping out organizational structures of competitors and industries.
- Developing reports on where to find talent, particularly for hard-to-fill or specialized roles.
- Data Management: maintaining a database of sourced candidates for current and future hiring.
- Tracking sourcing efforts, conversion rates, and other KPIs related to the top-of-funnel activity.
- Participate in other recruitment activities (eg. scheduling meetings with candidates, EB activities etc.).
- Previous experience as a researcher/ sourcer in talent acquisition domain,
- You have a passion for researching and creativity in ways to find the relevant candidates,
- Excellent English (both written & spoken),
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and diplomacy
- Confidentiality and attentiveness to the protection of personal data (GDPR), as you will be working with HR data,
- Team player, well organized.
