- 侧重于注塑件，参与新产品开发，机械设计, 原料分析，模具DFM分析等工作。 和团队紧密合作，进行项目可行性分析，确保新品开发的进度、成本和质量符合市场输入；对设计输出的齐全性、准确性、设计质量等负责
- 负责现有产品的日常维护，包括处理质量问题、持续改进、降本等
- 积极开发新材料，新工艺、新方法，做好技术储备
- 根据业务发展需要，完成上级交办的其他临时工作和任务
您的成功要素
- 本科学士学位及以上学历，机械，模具及相关专业；
- 3年以上工作经验，熟悉常见工程塑料特性，金属加工，机械加工，热处理，表面处理等工艺；
- 熟悉注塑成型工艺流程，有DFM评审经验，并且可以跟进模具项目；
- 可以进行塑料件设计工作，有精密注塑模具和产品设计经验者优先；
- 能熟练运用三维设计软件Solid Works，Autodesk Inventor, Pro/E等；
- 积极主动，学习能力强，乐于分享，能主动发现并解决问题；
- 具有良好的沟通、人际交往和团队协作能力；
- 良好的英文听、说、读写综合能力，能与国外团队进行日常沟通交流，适应差旅。
