- 掌握Spring Boot，JPA/Hibernate框架
- 有大型分布式系统架构的研发经验，掌握微服务、分布式缓存、消息、负载均衡等，有ActiveMQ经验者优先
- 熟悉Java本地调用，有应用JNA的项目经验
- 有Linux经验，具备常用命令操作与Shell脚本编写能力
- 有2年以上前端开发经验，掌握前后端分离开发模式。熟练掌握React 技术栈（包括React Hooks、状态管理、路由、Vite构建等）
- 良好的沟通能力，能在压力下工作
