Service Product Manager
Location Mississauga, Ontario, Canada Date posted June 09, 2026 Job ID 22278 Pay Range $75,000 - $95,000 plus bonus- Driving programs for organic growth by creating new sales opportunities, enhancing revenue generation from existing customer base, and penetrating competitive installations.
- Facilitating service product education and training for all internal customers.
- Maintaining the local and central document repository for all service-related documentation, including brochures, data briefs, bulletins, etc.
- Addressing any service product related issues in CRM related to quoting.
- Engaging with the respective Strategic Business Units, Global Service, and Marketing Managers well ahead of a product launch in order to proactively understand the service/product offering and ensure a timely local product launch.
- Ensuring training programs in place and executed for the Application and Technical Support Team, Direct and Indirect Sales and Service Channels.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, data analytics, business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Product management, project management, portfolio management, and/or change management experience.
- Knowledge of Mettler Toledo's global service portfolio.
- Experience working with and managing a variety of internal stakeholders.
- Additional knowledge of Metter Toledo's sales process is a plus.
- Previous experience working in a "lead to quote" role.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
