Customer Advocate
Location Mississauga, Ontario, Canada Date posted May 29, 2026 Job ID 22157 Pay Range $50,000 - $60,000 base + bonus- Act as primary customer advocate and collaborate with business teams to improve performance and profitability.
- Analyze accounts, manage escalations, and lead corrective actions.
- Coordinate service delivery with third-party providers and internal teams.
- Prepare contract renewals, presentations, and financial analysis.
- Audit customer billings and payments to ensure accuracy.
- Address customer feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage relationships between XRAY RECLAIM and channel partners to ensure seamless service.
- Lead special projects related to contract customers to enhance operational efficiency and satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technical field, operations, logistics, or a related discipline preferred, but relevant work experience will also be considered.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred, or a combination of experience and training in customer service or technical support roles.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable navigating internet browsers and related software tools.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting policies, operating procedures, commercial contracts, and technical documentation.
- Excellent customer service orientation, strong analytical and reasoning abilities, complemented by above-average written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to do overtime.
- Willing to work five days onsite at the Bolton office.
