Graphic Designer Internship
Location Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia Date posted March 25, 2026 Job ID 21649- Develop graphic designs and visual elements for marketing materials, presentations, training content, and customer-facing sales tools to promote the Product Inspection division.
- Contribute to specific projects such as contamination detection and other innovative product inspection solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the writing team and colleagues across different departments and global locations to develop compelling content that aligns with divisional messaging and brand guidelines.
- Support lead generation and telemarketing efforts by creating visuals for toolkits and sales processes.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers to ensure quality, budget compliance, and timely delivery of design work.
- Actively participate in the briefing, review, and approval process to ensure content meets project requirements.
- Use project tracking tools to update stakeholders on the status of assigned tasks and projects.
- Help deliver a consistent and harmonized design experience across multiple regions and platforms.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, with advanced proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software like Cinema 4D, Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine, or Autodesk Inventor.
- Basic HTML coding skills for creating email marketing campaigns.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to create engaging content for social media platforms such as WeChat and Line.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication and networking skills.
- Creative with attention to detail and ability to adhere to corporate brand guidelines.
- Comfortable collaborating within a matrix organization and across different time zones.
- Willingness to learn new skills and keep up with design software developments.
