Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
About the Role: 

Join our global Product Inspection division as a Graphic Design Intern and gain valuable experience in creating high-quality visual content for marketing and sales. You will work on a variety of projects, from digital campaigns to print materials, supporting our teams worldwide with your creative skills and understanding of brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop graphic designs and visual elements for marketing materials, presentations, training content, and customer-facing sales tools to promote the Product Inspection division.
  • Contribute to specific projects such as contamination detection and other innovative product inspection solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the writing team and colleagues across different departments and global locations to develop compelling content that aligns with divisional messaging and brand guidelines.
  • Support lead generation and telemarketing efforts by creating visuals for toolkits and sales processes.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers to ensure quality, budget compliance, and timely delivery of design work.
  • Actively participate in the briefing, review, and approval process to ensure content meets project requirements.
  • Use project tracking tools to update stakeholders on the status of assigned tasks and projects.
  • Help deliver a consistent and harmonized design experience across multiple regions and platforms.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, with advanced proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 
  • Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software like Cinema 4D, Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine, or Autodesk Inventor.
  • Basic HTML coding skills for creating email marketing campaigns.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel. 
  • Ability to create engaging content for social media platforms such as WeChat and Line. 
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication and networking skills. 
  • Creative with attention to detail and ability to adhere to corporate brand guidelines. 
  • Comfortable collaborating within a matrix organization and across different time zones. 
  • Willingness to learn new skills and keep up with design software developments.
