Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, commission, calibrate, maintain, and repair laboratory instruments; provide training and application support to customers.
  • Act as a technical advisor by delivering product consultation, application guidance, and regulatory compliance support.
  • Manage service activities (customer visits, reports, CRM updates) and ensure timely completion in line with KPIs.
  • Identify customer needs and drive service business growth (spare parts, contracts, upgrades) in collaboration with sales.



What You Need to Succeed
  • Degree/Diploma in Chemistry, Electrical/Electronic, Instrumentation, Physics, Automation, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in laboratory equipment, scientific instruments, or technical service.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of technical equipment.
  • Familiar with laboratory or instrumentation equipment is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of project management.
  • Willing to travel across Indonesia.
  • Valid driving license (SIM A).
  • Exposure to IoT or connected devices is a must
