Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Mettler Toledo is seeking to hire a Scheduling Analyst to work at our New Jersey location. As a Scheduler, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our service operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will directly impact our Field Service Technicians' productivity and our company’s success in meeting our revenue goals.

Your Responsibilities:

Maximize Efficiency: Schedule and route our talented technicians to ensure timely service delivery while balancing customer priorities, workload demands, and material availability.

Adapt and Overcome: Analyze and adjust work assignments for Field Service Technicians to respond to changing requirements and demands, ensuring top-notch service.

Engage with Customers: Communicate effectively with customers to schedule planned maintenance visits, manage changes, and provide support that enhances customer satisfaction.
What You Need to Succeed
  • An associate's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred, along with at least 2 years of customer service, planning and/or scheduling experience in service, logistics, or manufacturing. 
  • Experience in a field service or small business environment or similar industry experience a plus.
  • Must possess excellent prioritization and organizational skills and excel at multitasking.
  • This is an in-office role based at our Nutley office, located at 136 Washington Avenue, New Jersey. You will be required to work on-site five days a week.
