Are you ready to shape the future of finance technology and make a global impact?

Join our SAP Application & Technology Management team, based in the Shared Business Center in Warsaw, and play a key role in METTLER TOLEDO’s strategic business transformation program. This global initiative focuses on standardizing business processes and introducing SAP across the organization.
As an SAP FICO Consultant specializing in Product Costing, you will collaborate with colleagues across Asia, Europe, and the Americas to implement innovative SAP projects and support business users across METTLER TOLEDO. Acting as a technology subject matter expert within the SAP Finance team, you will help optimize product costing processes, improve financial transparency, and enable standardized, future-ready solutions.
Reporting to the Finance Lead, you will join an international team that combines finance expertise, business insight, and technology to deliver real business value.

Your responsibilities: 
  • Drive SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, including expansion of the global FICO template, execution of roll-ins, and delivery of related business transformation projects. 
  • Partner with Business Key and Power Users in their daily work, especially after Go-Live of new units. 
  • Second Level Support for Integrated ERP Solution (Incident and Service management). 
  • Analysis & monitoring of critical customer situations in SAP. Design, specification, test, documentation and implementation of changes to business processes. 
  • Monitoring, analyzing, tuning, and optimizing business processes and interfaces. 
  • Close cooperation with Global Leads and Team.
What You Need to Succeed
  • At least 5 years working experience with SAP CO, good experience in Costing Customizing and cross modules integration.
  • At least 3 full cycle project implementation experience in SAP FICO area.
  • Proficient in English written and spoken.
  • Experience in projects and supporting an integrated ERP solution.
  • ITIL processes understanding.
  • Strong team player with a critical, yet result-oriented and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a global environment.

This will be your additional asset: 
  • S4 Hana experience.
  • ABAP development experience.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:

  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min),
  • Initial interview/F2F with the Manager (video conference, approx. 1 hour).
